Before you start.
Does SolSync guarantee the best price or a profitable trade?+
No. Routes and estimates are snapshots. Markets move, transactions can fail, and execution may differ because of slippage, price impact, fees or chain conditions.
Who controls the trading wallet?+
You can export the private key and move funds at any time. To execute commands, SolSync also stores an encrypted copy server-side. Treat it as a hot wallet and keep a backup.
Which routes are supported?+
The custom router supports selected PumpSwap, Raydium, Meteora and Orca markets. Route availability varies by token and state; Jupiter may be used as a fallback.
Can I automate orders?+
Yes. Conditional and recurring orders are available, but they are not guaranteed to execute at an exact price or at all. Keep sufficient SOL for network costs.
How do I report a problem?+
Use “Bug Report” in the bot, include what you were trying to do, and never include your private key or seed phrase.
