These disclosures explain the service model, data handling, fees and material risks associated with SolSync Trading Bot.

LAST UPDATED: JULY 31, 2026

Terms of Use

By accessing SolSync Trading Bot, the website or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms and may not use the Service where digital-asset trading or the Service is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with laws, taxes, sanctions and restrictions applicable to you.

Self-directed execution

SolSync supplies software interfaces and transaction-routing tools. You choose tokens, amounts, settings and orders. SolSync does not provide investment, legal, tax or fiduciary advice, does not recommend tokens, and does not guarantee execution, price, availability or profit.

Third-party infrastructure

The Service interacts with Telegram, Solana, decentralized exchanges, routing services, RPC providers, data providers and other third parties. Their availability, data and behavior are outside SolSync’s control and may change without notice.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying mints, reviewing confirmations, securing credentials, maintaining sufficient balances and configuring risk controls. You must not use the Service for fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized access, sanctions evasion or other unlawful conduct.

Availability and changes

The Service may be modified, suspended, rate-limited or discontinued. Orders may not trigger or execute. We may restrict access to protect users, infrastructure or legal compliance.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. SolSync disclaims warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness, security and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolSync is not liable for lost assets, lost profits, failed transactions, token behavior, third-party failures, unauthorized access or indirect and consequential losses.

Security & custody

SolSync is not cold storage.Use a dedicated trading wallet, keep only an active trading balance, and export a backup before funding.

When generated through the bot, a wallet private key is encrypted and stored by SolSync so the Service can sign transactions requested by the user and execute enabled automation. This means the Service operates hot-wallet infrastructure and should not be described or treated as fully non-custodial.

Users can export their private key and transfer assets independently. Encryption reduces exposure but does not eliminate operational, infrastructure, software, insider or credential risk. Larger launch operations may introduce additional key-management and backup controls over time; no security measure is absolute.

SolSync support will never ask for a private key or seed phrase. Anyone requesting one is not acting as legitimate support. Users should immediately withdraw assets if they suspect compromise.

Fee disclosure

The first 20 successful trades for an account are currently free of the SolSync platform fee. After that, the current platform fee is 0.5% per eligible trade. Promotions and referral programs may alter how collected platform fees are allocated.

The platform fee is separate from Solana network fees, priority fees, token-account rent, route or protocol fees, price impact and slippage. These costs can apply during free trades and can exceed the platform fee. A failed submitted transaction may still incur network fees.

Quotes and confirmations are estimates. Final on-chain amounts control. Fee terms may be updated prospectively; material changes will be reflected in the Service or this disclosure.

Privacy notice

Data we process

Depending on use, SolSync may process Telegram user ID and username, wallet public addresses, encrypted private keys, settings, order configuration, trade and transaction records, referral relationships, support reports, acquisition source, service logs, IP-derived technical data and website analytics.

How data is used

Data is used to provide wallets and requested transactions, operate orders and alerts, calculate position information, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, provide support, maintain security, measure product use and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and providers

Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the Service, including Telegram and Solana infrastructure providers. Public wallet transactions are visible on-chain. SolSync does not sell personal information.

Retention

Records are retained as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, accounting, dispute handling and legal compliance. Blockchain data cannot be deleted by SolSync. Backup copies may persist for limited operational periods.

User choices

You may stop using the Service, withdraw assets and contact us regarding account data. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal or legitimate operational purposes.

Website analytics

The website uses first-party analytics to understand visits and interactions. Technical information may include truncated or hashed network identifiers, browser data, referrer, campaign parameters and page events. Avoidance tools or browser settings may limit collection.

Children and international use

The Service is not intended for children. Data may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards available to the Service.

Risk disclosure

Digital-asset trading involves substantial risk, including total loss. Material risks include:

  • Extreme volatility, illiquidity, price impact and slippage.
  • Malicious, counterfeit, mutable, taxable, frozen or unsellable tokens.
  • Smart-contract, router, oracle, RPC, validator and blockchain failures.
  • MEV, front-running, sandwiching, delayed inclusion and adverse execution.
  • Automation triggering late, at an unexpected price, repeatedly or not at all.
  • Incorrect or incomplete token metadata, LP, authority, holder, PnL or price data.
  • Loss or theft arising from hot-wallet infrastructure, compromised devices, Telegram accounts, service credentials or exported keys.
  • Regulatory, tax, sanctions and legal changes.

Risk indicators do not establish that a token is safe. “Revoked,” “burned,” “locked,” route availability, high liquidity and similar labels are informational only. Start small, independently verify information and never trade funds you cannot afford to lose.
